Scheme Loans

Scheme Loan means any Loan the purpose of which is to finance, directly or indirectly, the cash consideration for the Target Shares purchased pursuant to the Scheme. Scheme Loan means any Term Loan the purposes of which are referred to in paragraphs (a) and (b)(iii) of Clause 3.1 (Purpose).
